Action by the plaintiff owners to recover for damages to a barn alleged to have been caused by a 'windstorm' under a policy
of windstorm insurance issued by the defendant insurance company. The action was tried to a jury and the trial court submitted a special verdict to the jury, the first question of which read
as follows, 'Was the stone wall supporting the barn on plaintiffs' premises damaged by wind on June 24, 1952?' which question
was unanimously answered by the jury, 'Yes.' The only other question in the verdict was that relating to damages, which question
was answered by the court in the sum of $635, pursuant to stipulation of the parties.
